Return the vertical notated position of a note

The only relevant information for the vertical position is the octave and the diatonic pitch class. So, 4G# and 4G have the same vertical position, 4Ab and 4G# do not (the vertical position of 4Ab is 4*7+6=34, for 4G# it is 33) :rtype: int
